Banana Bonanza Brownies

Banana brownies for dessert on Sunday night... this was of course preceded by a pork shoulder joint with crackling (my old Nan would have been proud, God rest her soul), golden roast potatoes, mixed vegetables, and (totes obvs) lashings of herbs.
